NOT a scary story

People mailed me, they said my stories are too stupid.

The ghost is so fake.
It’s not scary, stupid even.
The pale ghostly images, who have bluish ring around their eyes, seems more like drowned corpse, which floats around, is no longer scary.

I just reached out to my not-so-cold glass of beer.
Took a big gulp and stared at the dim monitor of my white laptop.
Wondering whether I should keep writing.

The white pale shadow of a young boy crouching at the corner of my bedroom kept staring at me and grinned shyly.

How can they say it is not so scary?
